Operating as the lead consultant for a company distributing high end, quality musical instruments and accessories throughout the UK & Ireland. This multi-subsidiary, multi-currency implementation was rolled out successfully over a period of 12 months. COVID impacted this project, so it was delivered as a mixture of both onsite and remote work to great success.
This implementation allowed the customer to move away from their Sage 200 legacy solution which they had outgrown. This reduced costs and allowed them to streamline several key processes, boosting productivity of staff and giving them a more competitive edge.

Operating as the NetSuite project manager, the opportunity to work with a major sporting institution implementing NetSuite Financials First was a great honour. Prior to implementing NetSuite, the company's month-end routine was a time-consuming and error-prone process, with a lot of manual data entry and reconciliation.
After implementing NetSuite Financials, the company was able to automate many of their financial processes, including financial reporting. This greatly improved their month-end routine, as they were able to close the books faster and with more accuracy.
In addition, NetSuite's real-time financial data visibility allowed the company to make more informed business decisions. They were also able to streamline their financial operations by eliminating the need for multiple software systems, reducing the risk of errors and data duplication.
Overall, the implementation of NetSuite Financials First improved the company's month-end routine by providing automation and real-time financial visibility, resulting in faster and more accurate financial reporting. Working as the NetSuite project manager allowed for great collaboration to be fostered between both parties resulting in an efficient solution to be implemented with excellent user adoption.

We undertook the role of lead consultant on a NetSuite implementation for a professional association football club who currently play in the Championship League of English Football. This multi-subsidiary implementation was rolled out successfully over a period of 6 months.
This implementation allowed the customer to move away from their Chorus legacy solution which they had outgrown. Utilising NetSuite’s advanced financial reporting and consolidation capabilities was a massive plus point for this customer. This significantly reduced the time it took their finance team to complete month end, saving money and increasing productivity as the hours saved could be put to use on other tasks.

Acting as the NetSuite Project Manager, We worked closely with a bioscience company to understand their specific manufacturing needs and processes.
