John Bell
Chief Operating Officer - Co-Founder
John is a qualified accountant with over two decades of experience in enterprise resource planning. He has held senior positions in both finance and leadership, giving him a well rounded view of what organisations need from their ERP systems.
John has led large scale global rollouts from both the implementation and customer sides. This unique experience enables him to deliver practical, effective solutions that align with real business priorities.
Known for his precision and strong programme leadership, John has successfully guided cross functional teams across multiple industries. He combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring every project is executed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
With a focus on collaboration and long term value, John helps clients get the most from their ERP system by helping streamline operations, improve visibility, and support sustainable growth.
Darren Glover
Lead Solutions Architect
Darren has worked in the accounting software industry for over a decade, working with SME and Enterprise businesses to transform their finance function. His aim is to use his knowledge and experience to provide the best possible solution to drive efficiency and improve processes whilst putting a clear understanding of the client needs at the heart of everything he does.
Prior to joining C&J, Darren worked for technology solutions firms Keyloop and Eureka. As a NetSuite certified ERP consultant, he has over 10 years’ experience implementing NetSuite, including add-on modules Zone Billing and Zone Revenue, and supporting other products in a technical and consultancy capacity, including Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage CRM. He also brings great experience in business intelligence applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and QlikView.

Ross has worked as a NetSuite Administrator and in business for over 20 years in a range of marketing and procurement roles. With an excellent understanding of how businesses operate, across a wide range of industries, Ross quickly understands clients’ needs in order to provide the best possible business solutions for them.
