John is a qualified accountant with over two decades of experience in enterprise resource planning. He has held senior positions in both finance and leadership, giving him a well rounded view of what organisations need from their ERP systems.

John has led large scale global rollouts from both the implementation and customer sides. This unique experience enables him to deliver practical, effective solutions that align with real business priorities.

Known for his precision and strong programme leadership, John has successfully guided cross functional teams across multiple industries. He combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring every project is executed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

With a focus on collaboration and long term value, John helps clients get the most from their ERP system by helping streamline operations, improve visibility, and support sustainable growth.

NetSuite Consultant

Ross has worked as a NetSuite Administrator and in business for over 20 years in a range of marketing and procurement roles. With an excellent understanding of how businesses operate, across a wide range of industries, Ross quickly understands clients’ needs in order to provide the best possible business solutions for them.

Founding SDR

Ollie brings years of experience from within the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem to C&J. With a background in Business Economics he combines this with his vast experience of the Oracle NetSuite product to help organisations make the shift to NetSuite to achieve their growth aspirations.
